Position Open: IT Manager
Number of Opening: 1
Job Duties:

1. Responsible for overall IT infrastructure, ensuring business continuity
2. Responsible for uptime and functionality of company's ERP system (MAS90 by Sage)
3. Responsible for corporate-wide new ERP implementation of SX Enterprise by Infor, including: Cross-departmental integration of ERP functionality, company-wide training programs, customized departmental ERP functionality, E-commerce integration, and Inventory management functionality.
4. Responsible for server room uptime and maintenance, including wiring cluster, 20+ servers, routers, firewalls, PBX, facility security system, digital security, data backup and integrity assurance.
5. Supervise all desktop helpdesk services
6. Handle daily Dept.'s business management and operation including decision making, business goals and priorities formulation, employee supervision, task assignment and adjustment, etc.; and
7. Analyze, research, update, improve and optimize company's management information system such as database, operations procedures, computer applications, business requirements and its correlation with management
