Two blades are required for use, and are driven by a dual direct drive
gearbox powered by a JD Engine 15 HP 459cc motor that produces a max cutting
speed at 2200 RPM. The expulsion chute
is adjustable 180° up or down. The unit
is portable with a tow bar and 16" off-road tires. The woodchipper is EPA approved.
WOOD CHIPPER —
Cutting large wood branches into manageable size by mulching the wood into a
compost that is useful for gardening or beautify the property. Reduces time spent at jobsite by reducing
size of cleanup.
WOOD SHREDDER — Handles large wood branches for hours of
cutting service. Cuts wood up to 6"
in diameter thickness with auto adjust cutting.
Dual direct drive gearbox for double blade cutting action. Has
plenty of power for processing dry wood, wet wood, fresh limbs, acorns, grass,
and leaves.
POWERFUL ENGINE — JD Engine gasoline powered motor will provide 16
HP with a 459cc engine air cooled that
can rotate the twin blades at operational speed of 2000 RPM and a maximum of
2200 RPM when you need a little extra.
DUAL-EDGE BLADE —
Twin double sided blades made of high carbon alloy steel can be reversed to
quickly change sides in the field.
Blades can be removed with a standard wrench (tools included). The blade can be resharpened and is
reusable. Avoid putting rocks, pinewood
with sap, pressure treated lumber, coconut shells, long vines, rubber, plastic,
palm branches, and animal feces, butcher waste, leather, or metal.
FAST ACTION —
The adjustable 180° expulsion chute can feed the chips directly into a
pickup truck for fast transport. Large
infeed chute 19x17" allows easy inflow management with large handle grips
for maneuvering into position.
TOW BAR HITCH —
Transport the woodchipper easy at jobsite with included tow bar. Stands up to off-road pulling, but still
compact enough to fit through congested pathways.
WHEEL KIT —
Rubber off-road inflatable 16" tires will manage difficult terrain with
ease while support the large frame.
