For all units:
You the customer must report defect within warranty period. Warranty starts the day you receive the order. No exceptions. Any mis-use of the product, or any damage due to collisions will automatically void the warranty.
The customer is responsible for returning the defective part, otherwise an additional charge will apply for that part. A return address will be provided to you after filing a claim. Customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the damaged part. AllPowerAmerica.com is responsible for the shipping charges of replacement part AllPowerAmerica.com is responsible for the cost of the replacement part Warranty does NOT cover damage to plastic or outer parts. If a such a part is damaged when you receive it, read "Damaged Shipment Policy" below.
Warranty does NOT cover wearable parts (for example, spark plug, filters, battery). ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST INCLUDE SERIAL NUMBER OF PRODUCT AN APPROVED RMA# MUST BE OBTAINED FROM MANUFACTURER BEFORE A REPLACEMENT/REPAIR/REFUND IS ISSUED
WHAT IS NOT COVERED: Transportation charges to All Power America manufacturer, for defective products. Transportation charges to consumer for repaired products. Brushes, fuses, rubber feet, and receptacles. Damages caused by abuse, accident, improper repair, or failure to perform normal maintenance. Power units or engines which are covered exclusively by the warranties of their manufacturer. Sales outside of the United States or Canada. Any other expense including consequential damages, incidental damages, or incidental expenses, including damage to property. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Refund & Return Policy
AllPowerAmerica.com provides you rock-bottom prices, quality products, and timely delivery. We pass on any savings we have directly to you, our customer. With that in mind: Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving the product, no exceptions Products returned must be in new and resalable condition. They will be inspected upon receipt Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes shipping to customer, and back to our warehouse. Items with "free shipping" will be assessed standard shipping charges. 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Damaged Shipment Policy
All products are shipped 100% insured. You will not be responsible for any fees on products that are damaged during shipping. If there is any visible damage from the outside of the box, PLEASE INDICATE SO WHEN SIGNING for the package.
DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT. Putting gas into any product, or starting it will void shipping insurance.
DO NOT DISCARD BOX. Our shipping company requires original box, with original packing material. Throwing away, or cutting up the box will void shipping insurance. No exceptions. All damaged products are subject to a thorough inspection by both us and shipping company. Damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, no exceptions To report a damaged shipment, please send an email to [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number. Sending digital pictures of the damages will assist us in processing your damage claim quicker. Please allow 2-5 business days to claim processing.
Before It Ships
We understand that things change. You're welcome to cancel your order at anytime BEFORE IT SHIPS without penalty. Cancellation notices must be received 24hours before product is shipped
After It Ships
We're also happy to pay for your shipping if you purchase a generator from us. However, if you cancel your order AFTER IT SHIPS, we won't be so generous. After all, you asked us to ship it, and we did.
If you want to cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be charged a cancellation fee to cover our "to" and "from" shipping costs.
The fee varies depending which products are ordered.
