Q: Where Do i find the Model and serial numbers?

A: That Model/SKU are located on a decal. The serial number is stamped onto the engine, but that is not needed in most cases.

A: Yes, it has two (2) detergent tanks (under the handlebars) along with a selector switch for fast switching.
